I've set myself a running challenge to raise money to help Sian Kwan continue raising money in order to help her receive specialist, expensive cancer treatment in order to save her life.

The treatment she needs isn't available on the NHS and without it will have massive implications on her, her husband and her two children. Please click on the following links for more details and to support other people's fundraising events in aid of Sian.

So whats the challenge?

I'm attempting to complete two races in one day on 2nd December 2017.

The first is an endurance race classed as 'extreme terrain' and starts at Lulworth Cove, Dorset heading along the coast and up the not so gentle incline of over 500 feet! Here's a film clip of the event Endurance Race .

Then I'll be heading off to the New Forest, Hampshire to race in a 17k trail run in the dark where the challenge will be to keep my footing through the mud, rivers and uneven ground, avoiding the wild ponies and other wildlife. Details of the race are here Trail Run

Both are very challenging races in their own right, doing them both in the same day maybe a little crazy... but I like a challenge and I'm certain raising money for Sian will get me across the finishing lines.
