    Story

I feel mental health is at its most fragile these days and the pressure on people to has never been so high . I truly believe a healthy lifestyle is a key step forward in setting people up to best handle these pressures which is why I have chose ARC (addiction recovery coaching) for the fantastic work they continue to do. Depression and suicide occurs far to often which is why I have also chosen AWARE NI for the amazing help they continue to provide to people struggling with this.
