we are trying to raise funds for Jay to attend a one week course at a cerebral palsy centre in England this centre is to help him strengthen his muscles and keep him out his wheel chair. Jay had a operation in America 5 years ago and has been having weekly therapy sessions we have came across this centre and this will give jay fantastic results. We need to raise £1000 to do this please help us in any way you can. Jay just wants to be like all the other kids his age and go out to play in the holidays but he cant. he gets so frustrated, and upset that he cant do this.
