Hey everyone....I am completing a skydive from 13,000ft on September 7th 2018 in Nottingham to raise awareness of Mind, the Mental Health Charity.
Depression is affecting more and more people from all walks of life and many suffer in silence and do not get the help and support that they really need. Help me to help MIND give the people who are suffering the help, support and kindness they need.
Always remember even though someone may look OK there may be something hiding behind that smile....take the time to ask friends and loved ones how they are.
