Story
On the 30th June 2018 my father died. I had not seen him for over 20 years and yet now I have to pay for his funeral. If I were on benefits the government would contribute towards the cost, but I am not receiving any. Yes he was my biological father and of course I want him to have a proper funeral but I cant afford it. I am his only next of kin so it all falls down to me.
I now know that the cremation is on the 9th August 2018 so I sincerely hope that I have a few donations by then as I have not got the funds, £3500 for a simple service, to pay for it.
