Story
As many of you know my daughter Poppy was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes last year. During this incredibly difficult time we joined kids club, a diabetes support group for kids with type 1. This group has been invaluable support helping Poppy to accept her condition and to us learning how to manage it. Now I am trying to raise money to help support the fantastic work they do!
