The Friends of Sandringham and West Newton school are hoping to raise £500 to help with the renovation of the schools communal classroom.
Sandringham is a small rural school and as a result the space in the building is limited. At present the central classroom is dated and is used primarily as a store room.
In order to enrich the lives of all the children in the school the Friends are planning to renovate the space into an exciting and flexible learning space that will primarily be used for Technology activities.
We are hoping to install a new kitchen where the children can learn to cook and also purchase new moveable tables where the students take part in woodwork activities.
This renovation will have a huge impact on the lives of all of the children in the school so all donations are greatly appreciated!
