I will be travelling to Africa in July 2025 with my school, in doing so one of my aims is to contribute to a target sum of £30,000, this is to support Bunina School in Zimbabwe.

Bishop’s Stortford College has had a long standing relationship with Bunina School, previously raising money to provide them with classrooms, installing a water system, which has also enabled the school to become self sufficient in food by growing their own crops. The money raised this year will help to build a new classroom block, desks and equipment, plus security fencing for the entire site.

To help raise this money I will be participating in a 24 Hour Cycle, for this I will be cycling 75km from Bishop's Stortford College to Stevenage and back, contributing to a total distance of 2960km, which is the distance we will be covering throughout our time in Africa. I will also be participating in a SleepOut at my school, where I will be spending a night sleeping outside within the school grounds.
