Hello!

Anyone who knows me knows how much of an indoors-lady I am, for all I have a career in the Environmental sector and volunteer at an outdoor kids group, i LOVE me some creature comforts and am not to big on getting muddy or rained on!!

Which makes our fundraising efforts more of a challenge - this year I am going to walk the West Highland Way and (unfortunately) as John doesn't believe in the use of bag carrying services or staying in lovely BnB's (*sob!*) well be humphing our own stuff (mostly socks) and sleeping in a tent (*double sob!!*) before climbing Ben Nevis as our big finish (literally!!!).

With this challenge in mind I'm hoping everyone will take pity on me and give generously to help a cause that's close to me realise their big ambitions to help the local community - starting with its smallest occupants and get them more confident in themselves and more engaged with the world we live in.
