George Johnson is 7 and has fought with an undiagnosed gastro condition since birth. Food causes a big problem for him - the tiniest amount can cause the biggest amount of pain which stops him eating for days. Everything from his swallow to his bowel doesn't work, or doesn't work properly meaning he depends on stoma bags and drainage from his stomach constantly to try and help his pain. He has frequent admissions to gt Ormond st in London, where a few weeks ago he underwent his 90th procedure under general anesthetic. Despite this George is determined to live as normal a life as possible and fights through most days doing what other boys his age do, even if it means him being exhausted as soon as he gets home. The family's main aim is to get him to Boston children's hospital in America to help further his diagnosis.
