Our baby boy- Ernie was stillborn on the 8/8/23 at 24 weeks.

He was our only embryo from our IVF cycle. Our hearts are completely broken from losing our baby boy.

We went for a routine scan and were then told there was no heartbeat, what happened next was a whirlwind.

I was induced and gave birth 4 days later.

In that time we had no option to find an outfit for our son that would fit him and that we chose. (Luckily for us, my sister went to the shops to pick out a tiny little vest, babygrow, hat and mittens)

The hospital had a tonne of hats and cardigans but what was offered to dress him in is not something we would have picked ourselves.

Therefore, we are raising money to purchase babygrows for premature babies so parents are able to decide how to dress their babies.

These will then be donated to Lincoln County hospital - where Ernie was born and where the midwives looked after us exceptionally well.
