I have been competing in Modern Pentathlon events for many years. The event laser run consists of a running and shooting discipline. This requires you to successfully hit 5 green lights within 50 seconds and run 800m, this is then repeated four times through. I successfully qualified for the world championships that will be held in Capetown, South Africa on the 13-16th of October by coming second in the under 19 age group. This funding will help to cover my flight costs as well as my kit and competition entries. I am very excited for this opportunity so any support would be greatly appreciated.
