Thank you again for all for your support over this traumatic time, it allowed me to get to Australia as soon as I could to be with him and help him get settled enough to leave him again. There was so much to sort out. In Victoria they have a special Insurance system so we don`t have to worry about his medical fees and they also help pay towards our expenses. I have transferred the money over to Sam to help him over the next few months for anything he may need. Hopefully he should be out of hospital in a few months but we don`t know for sure xx

Liv & I are back in the UK having spent 3 weeks with Sam, Hopefully you`ve all been able to follow his ups and downs on Facebook. He`s now in the Epworth Rehabilitation Hospital in Hawthorn, Melbourne. He is likely to be there for a few months. My whole Family have been overwhelmed with the kindness and support of many people, some we didn`t know then but have made new friends of now! There is a long road ahead for Sam, we hope there will be no lasting effects from his injuries but they are being careful with his internal ones just for now.

Arrived yesterday. Sam was still in ICU but one day with his Mother & most of his tubes are out and back on the ward 😊 xx

Sams had a good night!!!!! First bit of positive news i've had all week so fingers crossed he will be out of ICU tonight or tomorrow & back on the ward. Thankyou foe your continued support Sam will have a long way to go yet. Accommodation now sorted so not long now before we'll be on our way. Any little bit helps xxxx
