The Robert Ogden Centre is an amazing organisation run by Macmillan that offer a wide range of support to individuals and their families battling with cancer. One of the many inspirational things they do is provide patients undergoing chemotherapy with Hair Loss Support which includes qualified hairdressing before during and after treatment as well provision of wigs, wig fitting and styling. We know through family members who have gone through this that hair loss is one of the hardest things to come to terms with during treatment. As we are lucky enough to have the opportunity, we are going to donate our hair to the Little Princess Trust who provide free wigs to sick children made from donated hair. We would also like to raise money through sponsorship for doing this for the Robert Ogden Centre as they were a big part of Jo's Mum's recovery during her own successful battle with cancer.
