I am jumping 15,000ft from a plane on the 31st to try to raise money for the charity 'mind'. Mental health is something that I find is often overlooked and makes people feel isolated and 'different'. Metal health effects so many people these days and people shouldn't be made to feel as though what they are feeling is wrong. They should be given the support and guidance they need to get through these agonising periods. As someone who has lost my brother due to mental health and someone who has, and is still currently battling against my own mind I would like to just say that you are not alone. I know it feels that way. honestly, I do. But more services need to be available for people to be able to reach out and have somewhere to turn to. People need to know that they are never alone and there will always be someone there to listen. But as sad as this is, these services cost money. So I would appreciate any donations you can make!
