So... as some of you may know I am running the Bristol Half Marathon on the 17th September (SHIT BALLS!) In running I am hoping to raise some money for the Bristol based, fabulously self-funded charity 'Cruse Bristol'.

Cruse run services for bereaved children, young people and adults. Supporting those who have lost loved ones to illness and suicide. They work to promote and improve the well-being of those affected by loss, helping towards processing and understanding grief through various therapies, including; one-to-one sessions, suicide support groups, group meetings, young people's specialist support groups, over 50's meet ups, email and phone line contact and much more.

Sadly there have been many people close to me that have been affected by loss and grief recently and I'd love to be able to raise some money to support a charity that does so much for so many.
