Story
Berkshire Scouts are supporting schools, teachers and local communities, to help secure a good education for local children from poor rural areas. In July 2019 I will be part of the volunteer team going to Uganda to help build classrooms, shower blocks and teachers accommodation.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I need to riase funds to help me get there.

6 years agoThank you so much for all of your donations so far. The walk last Saturday was hard and it was always going to be tricky as we hadn't done much in the way of practice!! So after 20 miles, a sore knee and a couple of blisters unfortunately I had to give up. However, my mind is already set on new ideas and challenges as I'm determined to make it to Uganda
