When our neighbor and friend woke up last weekend she found her dog was bleeding from his mouth and bottom. After rushing him to the vet the dog had to be put down/euthanized the same day.

It would appear that this dog died from eating rat poison or bait whilst out walking.

The vets sent their bill straight away for £720. But our neighbor cannot pay such an amount immediately in one go and the vets want payment now. The vets are also refusing to release the dogs remains until their bill is paid. Kind that ain't it!!

So we have decided to see if there is anything we can do to help raise the money so our friend can pay the vets and get her dogs remains home.

We've looked at the charities but there is no help available there.

Our neighbor would try and work extra hours if available, but she can't because she recently broke her arm and is off work for the next 4 weeks.
