Story
I am running in the Wolverhampton half marathon on 3rd of September for the second time. I was looking for a local charity to raise some money for.
My wife had heard about Rupert visit http://www.rupertsrevenge.co.uk/ . He is a 6 year old who has undergone continuous intensive cancer treatment for Stage 4 High Risk Neuroblastoma.
I would love to raise as much money as possible to help Rupert get the treatment he needs. I know this is a little late but I was not even sure if I would be running because of calf problems. I seem to have overcome them and traing is going well.

7 years agoAs most of you are aware I did not make it to the Wolverhampton half marathon due to the flu!!! I ave now entered the Manchester half marathon on the 15th October. Seriously back to training.

7 years agoJust a week to go! Have ran 2 20k training runs. Have a 10k run today and then an easy run in the week. That's it!!!

I am a keen sportsman having previously competed and won the Super Heavyweight British powerlifting title. These days I am 7 stone lighter and am now an avid runner and love mountain biking and skiing. It is my goal to complete the half marathon in under 2 hours.
