Story
My step daughter Olivia has been going to the Glasgow Sick Kids hospital (new Yorkhill QMUH) with chronic pain for over 6 months usually resulting in stays in the ward. Today after a few days on the ward again she had an operation that hopefully will bring her back to her cheeky self. Ward 2C have a few old Xbox and PS3 consoles on trolleys with small TVs that they share around the ward for the kids. Lib was thankful of one as the ward TV was broken (most of them are) and they double as DVD players too. There isn't enough to go round and by way of a thank you I would like to raise money to buy a new console and small TV. I will then buy £200 of games for it and hopefully in time for Christmas donate them to ward 2C in Olivia's name and for the benefit of all the kids who need a distraction from illness and surgery and give the saintly staff and parents a small break too! Thank you
