The dementia cafes in Bury were recently axed leaving little support for people living with Dementia in Bury. We are trying to set up a service 3 days a week which will provide 10 hours per week of social contact for those living with Dementia their carers, family and friends.

We need funds to pay staff and to purchase equipment. The service can be provided at a low cost and we would expect to be able to become self sufficient very quickly, but we need funds to start up the venture which is due to launch in September 2018.
