James was Born on the 25th July 2018
Since his birth he has endured.
Open heart surgery at 6 days old (he will need more heart surgery and eventually a heart transplant)
He was then admitted back to hospital 31st October with anaemia and parvovirus
He has been in and out of hospital ever since October as immune system is so compromised
He has had 10 blood transfusions between then and now
Now he has been Diagnosed with diamond black fan anaemia with only 1000 people worldwide affected. He will need regular transfusions every 3/4 weeks until he’s old enough to have a stem transplant and chemotherapy.

I am running from Evesham to redditch(James home) to give something to him and his parents Joe and Lizzie. This has been the hardest time for all of them, and as very good friends I want to give them something back. It will be a total of 18 miles and I will be doing the run on Saturday September the 7th
