This is an amazing man: my Uncle John. Sadly due to family circumstances, I didnt have the honour of knowing this great man until recently.

Last Sunday, at the grand old age of 70, he became the British Natural Bodybuilding champion in his age group of over 70s. The BNBF is part of the Drug Free Athletes Coalition and he will now be competing in Miami, Florida on the 4th November against the best natural bodybuilders in the World Championships. None of them are professionals and they have to pay for flights, hotel, food, entry and polygraph tests. he has been weight training off and on since he was sixteen years old after looking at his father (my Grandad i never knew) doing a strong man stage act. John is the only Welsh competitor representing Great Britain in this prestigious world event and would appreciate any donation you may like to give to help him bring the title back to Great Britain.

As a former bodybuilder, i know all too well the dedictaion needed to go this far: the sweat, toil, tears, diet and the massive strain it can put on relationships.

John is a shining example of achievement for seniors everywhere - proving age will not be a barrier to achievement he is also a fabulous ambassador for Wales

Please help me to raise the money so he can travel to this prestigious event and stand proud, representing seniors, Wales, Great Britain and the amazing family I never knew I had.
