It's 10 years this January since my brother and me best friend was taken from us. I will be running the Richard Burton 10k in November and braving the sea in January for our annual dip. This year is a special one thou as it's a milestone, 10 years since my brother Mathew passed away. Anything you can spare will go a long way in raising money for this great foundation that keeps on giving .
