I am trying to raise a little bit of money to support some friends of mine Josh & Caroline who have had the horrible expereience of having their house flooded.

On the 22nd November Galgate nr Lancaster suffered flooding following heavy rain which resulted in multiple houses being left under water.

Unfortunatley for Josh and Caroline some complications with house insurance means they will have to find the funds to pull back together what they have spent years trying to create. No one can ever forsee things like this happeinng as flooding of this scale is not common to the area.

The bottom of the house was under around 4ft of water meaning most belongings were destroyed as well as the substantial damage to the house.

Josh and Caroline have two small children (Jake & Mia) who have had to leave their homes with Christmas around the corner. Knowing them as I do they will be too proud to ask for help but I know they have lots of friends that will want to help out. This is my way of supporting.

Even if you dont know them but you sympthasie any dontation small or big will help them start the process of putting their house back together.

Hoping this can inspuire some early Christmas cheer for everyone to help where possible.
