I have always felt passionately about contributing to humanity in a positive way. I care about the disavantaged and would do whatever that I can to help - I am thrilled that I have the opportunity to help to something I enjoy doing which will in turn benefit others ( building and decorating is my absolute passion) to have the Opportunity to go to Kenya to Build a much need support Centre for survivors of violence in the Village of Mwakirunge, Mombasa. Women and girls in Kenya do not enjoy the same rights as men, they are often denied an education and the right to own land. Violence against women and girls are one of the most widespreas human rights abuse. My tasks will be helping to dig foundations, clearing land, mixing concrete or mortar and laying bricks. the disanvantave women and girls will have somewhere to stay. Thanks for any help you can give.
