Most of you will know i have a large affiliation to Colombia as i have spent 2 or 3 months a year there for the past 13 years. I have recently started working with a foundation that supports young girls aged 5 to 16 years. There are currently 29 girls living in a large house 2 blocks from my home for different reasons but mainly due to their parents being unable to look after them. Incredibly there is just one lovely woman taking care of them.

I have already started providing some equipment and hopefully some light entertainment but I want to do more, my first plan is to fund English lessons for all the girls at the house 3 mornings a week before school as i feel this will make a real difference to their futures.

They also require help to maintain decent housing and adequate food for optimal physical and mental development.

A good friend of mine Craig Lambie ran the Paris Marathon on the 8th April 2018 in order to help us raise these funds so please give generously to a great cause and a brave gesture from Craig.
