Story
Most of us take clean water for granted. In Ghana many villages are left without such a precious resource. When I visit in January, to work at a small village school in Mpraeso, I hope to buy a Community Water Filter from Grif Aid. Grif Aid work around the world to provide clean water for families and communities. A community filter costs £250. Smaller, family filters cost about £30. With your help I hope to buy at least one filter.
Clean water means less ill health, a lower mortalitly rate, better education and a rise in the standard of living. Your contribution can save lives. Please help. Click on the link to find out about their work Grif Aid .

I am a retired teacher who will be visiting Ghana in 2018 to work in a school on a voluntary basis. The people in many of the local villages there do not have access to clean drinking water. Contributing to this fund will enable a community access to filtered water.
