Our wonderful dad, Julian 'Jules' Churchill sadly passed away on Saturday 17th June at the young age of 52, following a brain injury. Dad fought hard till the end and during his six week hospital admission underwent four bouts of major head surgery and twenty scans.

Dad was one of the kindest, most generous and loving souls you could ever be blessed to meet, and for this reason we as a family are compelled to raise as much money as possible for charity.

We would like to raise money to help those affected by brain and head injuries, as well as their families, as we know from our own experiences as a family how devastating these injuries are. We would also like to raise money for Motor Neuron Disease, as this was a cause very close to dads heart.

Please help keep our dads name and his legacy alive.
