As many of our friends and family know Matt and I have been trying to start a family for a few years now. After lots of tests a problem was found. Matt was diagnosed with a condition called kleinefelters syndrome. It‘s a condition that he was born with and was only diagnosed with due to the fertility tests. Unfortunatley this means that Matt and I are unable to have children without the use of fertility treatment. At the same time that we were referred to our local fertility clinic our areas CCG stopped all NHS funding for fertility treatment. We tried appealing this decision due to Matt being born with the condition but the appeal was redused. Our only option at this stage is to self fund the treatment which we need. We estimate the costs to be around £10,000 and above. Please help us to start a family and help make our lives complete.
