A couple of weeks ago I read a lovely story of a young boy who saved up his pocket money to buy Advent calendars to donate to his local food bank, I was really touched by his story, I discussed this with Isobell who thought that this is a wonderful idea and has saved up £15.35 herself to buy some Advent calendars, she is Hoping to raise more to ensure that no child goes without and also buy a few Christmas stockings to donate, as all children deserve a little bit of Christmas magic.
