    Story

    This is Levi.

Levi is a staff cross, and is almost 9 years old.

Levi didnt have the best start in life with his health, and has been a very sickly dog throughout, however he struck gold with the family he has, they have stuck by him and given him everything he needs to give him a great life.

Between levi's family and his pet insurance with Pet Plan, he has consumed over £22,000 in vet bills to date.

But he is worth every penny spent, you have never met such a loving, caring funny yet completely silly dog, i mean his vet notes have a warning of "Warning, Likes To lick Face" lol, even when he is in excruciating pain!!!.

Levi's most recent surgery was for a comokete cruciate rupture, this surgery failed misserably at the hands of the surgeon working on him. The second surgery, this apparent specialist carried out, to correct the first also failed miserably, leaving the family thousands out of pocket and a surgeon who just didnt want to know.

For months the family were told he just has atheritic changes, and to stop worrying.

The family knew this was not true and demanded a second opinoin.

The second surgeon elsewhere, found that the first surgeons surgerys, were not just badly done, but in fact his entire joint was left completely unstable, leaving him with full thickness cartilage damage, and unbarable pain as his bones ground on eachother!!!.

It cost nearly £6,000 to put right the original failed TTA, which to date is doing wonderfully.

However its now left the family with no savings, no useable insurance, and around £4,000 out of pocket, with the original surgeon burrying her head in the sand, and ignoring the findings of her surgerys, even after she received a copy of the report of her "handy work".

Levi is just one step away from having his pain free life back.

He needs a patella luxation correction surgery, and bone replacement implant, in order to stop his knee dislocating.

please help save this dogs leg, give him a chance
