Weʼve raised £60 to ease the financial strain of regular (sometimes weekly) visits to hospital in Glasgow and maybe fund a small holiday for this lovely family

Story
Daniel was born in 2014 with Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease (End Stage Renal Failure). He started dialysis at only 10 months old and was attached to his machine for 10 hours a night, every single night until he received his kidney transplant in December 2017.
Do date the list of procedures and treatments Daniel has had is extensive. He has clocked up 17 operations before he was 3.5yrs old!
Today Daniel is now 3mths post transplant but we need to remember that dialysis and transplant are only treatments. There is NO CURE for kidney disease.
The average transplant will last 10-12 years so the only guarantee in Daniels life is that at some point this kidney will fail and again he will be faced with dialysis and transplant as well as a life of treatments and operations.
