It takes great courage to face horrific experiences and to deal with the suffocating and isolating grips of mental health, it takes courage to speak out and seek help and it takes courage to reach out and support these incredible women.

With your help, we can support WomanKind to provide support for hundreds of women and girls each year who are affected by rape, sexual and domestic violence, depression and anxiety. The demand for Womankind's commendable work is very high and they are not yet able to help every woman that contacts the charity, the more money we raise, the more women we can support.
