Weʼve raised £30 to JohnRuskin Speech and Language Unit. Have had their funding cut for Speech and Language Unit Therapists. This is outrageous.

Story
My son Callum started at John Ruskin Speech and Language Unit at the age of 7. His levels when he started were Nursery. He couldn't read, write etc.
Callum has SLI as his main disability along with a whole load of other issues. John Ruskin Speech and Language Unit have given my child the help and support that a mainstream school couldn't and my son at the age of 10 nearly 11 is currently working at the level of a year 4 child. This is amazing progress.
Unfortunately the Goverment have decided to cut the funding for Speech and Language therapists. The Local council have agreed to pay but we know there will be restrictions. This is outrageous.
The Speech and Language Unit raise money on a regular basis to provide materials and extra resources to aid their teaching. They also subsidise the costs of trips etc.
I really want to raise this money as a way of saying a massive Thank you xx
Please give as much as you can. Any donation welcome.
