What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Stacey's Trust, was set up to help locally children and young people, aged 8 - 16 who have lost someone special in their lives. We know that it is important to help children understand what has happened, so that they can be helped to rebuild their lives.

We provide a safe, supportive and friendly environment for children and young people, to meet others who are in the same situation, within our support groups. Our support programme is tailed around the needs of the group in a friendly and informal atmosphere.

We are raising money to support 8 children / young people in one of our support groups. To run a 6 week support programme we need to raise £560.00.

Please help us to help locally bereaved children and young people.

I set up Stacey's Trust, after the death of my daughter in 2004. There was no support for my other children, so after attending training courses, I set up running support groups.
