Carole sadly passed away 05/01/18 she had secondary cancer, it started as breast cancer, then it was found in her lungs, liver and bowel. She had several doses of chemo medication to which all failed. So we were out of options and had to let the demon win. Carole was mentally disabled and unfortunately, as life goes, she had no insurance, which means her next of kin, my partner John Humphries, was left with the cost of the funeral.

Now, here comes the point of the Just giving crowd funding, we have no money, no savings, we do not recieve benefit, we are not entitled to any help. We both work but receive minimum wage and basically work to live. To top things off I myself have an incurable cancer which requires continuous surgeries until it claims me too, it leaves me unfit for work and on the sick for months after each one, meaning all our earnings are needed to keep us going through those times.

We will put in as much as we can afford ourselves but it will hardly put a dent in the costs. Which is why I ask you nicely to help, a pound to you is nothing but added to the fund will make a all the difference.

We are hoping to raise enough for the funeral and headstone, it's been calculated on the most basic of services, if we are lucky to reach over target then all extra monies (once just giving have had their % fee) will be donated. I want to say thank you now and how much it will be appreciated.
