    After being off track for more than four weeks and for going through sad times as many of you share, I put on 4 and a half pounds. Christmas happened too!!! Anyway lost 2.5 lbs this week so back on track2

I worked with Alex on a NHS ward. Tragically Alex passed away from SADS on 29th march 2016 at just 23,. Please help prevent other young people dying needlessly by supporting his foundation set up in his memory.
