Hi All, I haven’t done any sponsoring for the Cardiff Half I am running on Sunday 1st but so many people have asked (and in some cases insisting) to give. So I have decided to run for ‘Llynfi District nurses who did a wonderful job in caring for my Farther-in-law Philp Walker who sadly passed away 1 year ago this week.
