As an ex student and now part-time member of staff working at Victoria Education Centre and Sports College, I appreciate what a truly incredible place it is. Therefore, when deciding on a charity for my skydive, my selection was inevitable.
Victoria Education Centre and Sports College provides specialised, high quality education, therapy and care for children and young adults, aged 3-19. Being physically disabled myself with Cerebral Palsy, I obtain a personal empathy for the students, as after attending the school myself for 14 years I can appreciate exactly how much hard work and effort is channelled into creating such an innovative and extraordinary service that is provided.
The money raised from my skydive will go towards the exciting development of a new, forthcoming Therapy Centre, allocating space for physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy for all students who require these vital services to aid their development.
I would really appreciate any kind donations.
