On 19th Sept I'm planning to climb the full height of Mount Everest to raise money for ‘Yellow Wellies - Mind Your Head’ by bagging munros across Scotland. With a total elevation gain of almost 30,000 feet, I’ll be climbing the equivalent of the height of an aeroplane by bagging ~30 munros in 6 days! Dad says I won't be able to do it, and he's probably right, but I've bet him a pint of Guinness in the pub after so that’s plenty motivation.

Braving thousands of midges, endless blisters, glorious Scottish weather, and nothing but my own company for a week, I'm raising money for Yellow Wellies, in memory of my late friend Mark who loved hillwalking, and who we lost earlier in the summer. All your support is greatly appreciated 💙💛

My Young Farmers Club and District as well as other friends/ family are joining on the last hill on Friday 24th as we climb East Cairn near Kirknewton to complete the challenge!
