We bought what appeared to be a healthy cocker spaniel puppy in February 2018 at 9 weeks olds. We brought him home and all was well for the first few weeks until we found that his front legs didnt look right and he wouldnt walk on the roads. After having xrays, physiotherapy, and hydrotherapy the vets have decided that his problem is genetic and once he is fully grown at 7 months he will need an operation on both legs. Please help us as insurance wont cover the cost as it is genetic.
