Story
I am looking to raise money for Royce Rangers FC. This is a club that both of my sons are involved in, and thoroughly enjoy 2 to 3 times a week (weather permitting....).
The club relies on the support of volunteer coaches, groundsmen, people in the 'Double R Cafe' (providing much needed tea and coffee on cold Sunday mornings) and all those involved with the admin and general day to day running of this brilliant club.
Without all of the above, there wouldn't be a club, and i wanted to take this opportunity to hopefully - with your help - give something back.
I will be taking part in the Rutland Water Night Swim on 1st September 2018.
About This Activity
SwimRutland are very excited to present SwimRutland NightSwim.
In early September 2018 we are giving you the chance to experience the thrill of swimming in open water underneath the stars. This unique experience will enliven your senses and create an atmosphere you will struggle to replicate.
Our team will be on hand to ensure your safety whilst giving you the freedom to explore this environment at night.
Event details and schedule

Dusk 7:50pm

Royce Rangers Football Club, which plays at The Showground, off Barleythorpe Road Oakham, has over 200 players aged from 5 to 17. It is one of the largest youth organisations in the Midlands and continues to flourish.
The Club got its name from its first home in 1974, the Royce playing fields in Oakham.
More than 60 youngsters aged five to seven practise most Saturday mornings of the year at the Club's Soccer School.
Many of them go on to represent the club in their different age group teams. The seven and eight-year-olds play friendlies and there is competitive football for older boys and girls, aged from Under 9 through to Under 17.
Royce Rangers is an FA Charter Standard Club.
We have a number of policies and procedures in place to ensure that all children are able to play football in a safe environment where they are treated fairly, equally and with respect.
These include:
Safeguarding Children Policy
Equality Policy
Unacceptable Behaviour Procedure
