Hi everyone, my name is Kate and I am appealing to try and raise some money for my friend, who sadly lost her daughter under very tragic circumstances in February this year. Her name is Jolene snowden and she was just 35 years old when she passed away in her sleep 🙁 Jo had been unwell for a number of years (16ish years) she was a lovely girl and didn't deserve any of what she went through. Her mum caroline is in pieces and struggled to pay for jo's funeral. She's desperate to get a headstone for jo, but can't afford to do so. It would be amazing if we could all pull together and raise the money for jo's mum, so that she has somewhere to go and spend some time with her daughter and not have to look at a cross with a number on.
