Story
I am a part of the London School of Economic's Global Brigades Human Rights chapter. Global Brigades is a charity that aims to provide sustainable development to impoverished communities around the world. As a part of the Human Rights Brigade, I will be travelling to Panama in May to provide free legal support in the areas of child custody, domestic violence, alimony, divorce and criminal law, to the indigenous communities there. The money raised will allow me to travel to Panama and be trained in Panamanian law so I can provide legal advice to the community, who would otherwise receive no legal support.
