In July 2017 I will be travelling to Sri Lanka on an adventure to volunteer for a month. I will be spending my month in Sri Lanka as a wildlife conservation volunteer looking after and caring for a number of Elephants at an Elephant Orphanage within the Sri Lankan community. During my time I will provide the elephants with their daily needs and help them receive the best care possible along side a mahout (elephant carer).

Elephants play a huge part in the culture of Sri Lanka and are the largest Asian Elephant and I have the opportunity to embark on the experience of a life time by being able to get up close and care for these wonderful animals.

Due to this conservation project being completely volunteer based I have set up this Just giving page in hope that people will be generous enough to help me out. On average taking part in this programme will cost between £2,500-£3,000 therefore any donation would be appreciated! Any donations will cover purely my programme and registration fees for the expedition (not including flights and personal spending's etc.

I cannot wait to take part in this experience of a life time and doing what I love each day for three weeks, by caring for these beautiful wild animals.
