Making playtime fun and productive

Over the last few years The Rosary school in North London has been trying to raise money, through a wide variety of events in order to make our playground somewhere where our children can be simulated and have fun as well as letting off much needed steam. As you can see above, it is not a particularly exciting space at present with no facilities such as swings, climbing frames etc.

The school has worked extremely hard over the last year and managed to raise about £4,000 but we need to get closer to £10,000 in order to do the work necessary to make it a really special place for the children. Raising this money has proved a big hill to climb so I have chosen a big hill in the hope that it will help us to reach our goal .

During the summer holidays I will be doing a sponsored climb of Mount Kilimanjaro that is just over 16,000 feet. If you could spare a small amount the children and I would be enormously grateful. I know everyone is constantly asked to support all sorts of things but £1 per thousand foot would be hugely appreciated.
