**set up on behalf of jerserymaes parents
We are the parents of jerserymae.Our precious little princess was born 10 weeks premature weighing 3lbs 2oz.
She was born with multiple problems including her kidneys not working and relying on a ventilator st it's highest settings.
Unfortunately our little princess couldn't fight any longer and she gained her angel wings on 14th June aged just 6 days old. Jersey passed peacefully in our arms.
We are needing help to give her the headstone she deserves so any help would be greatly appreciated
