After an accident three years ago I'm now disabled but training as hard as I can to raise money for such a fantastic cause.

Unlike NHS emergency services Essex Air Ambulance is a Charity relying solely upon the generosity and goodwill of the people and businesses of Essex to remain operational and saving lives.

Essex Air Ambulance is a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service, providing a free life-saving service for Essex and surrounding areas. Specialist Doctors and Critical Care Paramedics can be rushed to the scene of an incident with life-saving support equipment and the patient, following assessment, will be flown to an appropriate hospital.
It costs over £500,000 every month to keep both helicopters flying and to cover all charitable costs - that’s around £6.5million a year. It is thanks to the generous people of Essex that we can ensure that the service continues to fly into the future.
I'm fundraising as much as I can and willing to do almost anything to raise this money it means so much to me & all the people touched by these amazing heros.

9 days trekking with Maasai as our guides, sleeping out in the open under the stars.
With a challenging 5 days walking approximately 70km.
I know it's going to be really tough but I'm willing to push myself & feel the pain to help someone else.
