The Kelvedon Community Festival has definitely gained a reputation as a high quality ‘must go’ event
It has always had a strong local flavour, and is run by a team of hard working volunteers and funded by local businesses
THE FESTIVAL IS A FREE EVENT FOR ALL
THE FIRST FESTIVAL WAS HELD IN 1999
IT COSTS £27,000 PER ANNUM TO RUN
IT IS ATTENDED ANNUALLY BY 5,000 PEOPLE
THE COMMITTEE ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS
THE EVENT IS 10 MONTHS IN THE PLANNING
